Career Fair


We have reached our exhibitor capacity for the event as of 2/19/2024.
We will be reaching out in the next month or so regarding a fall recruiting opportunity, so be on the lookout for an email. Additionally, if you do not already receive ֱ recruitment invitations and would like to, please email admissions@mtsa.edu to be added to our distribution list.

Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia would like to invite you to exhibit at the ֱ 2024 Spring Career Fair on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. This event is an opportunity for you to meet our current students and for our students to learn more about future employment opportunities upon graduation from ֱ.

Time: 3 – 7 p.m. CT (Exhibitor set up begins at 2 p.m.)
Location: ֱ Campus, P.T. Magan Building, 312 Hospital Drive, Madison, TN
Exhibitor Fee: $150.00
Note: There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments.

The exhibitor fee is $150 and can be paid by check or debit/credit card. Please note that there is a 3% service fee when paid by debit/credit card. Military representatives’ fee will be waived. Space is limited, so please complete the registration form and pay the exhibitor fee as soon as possible. Payment method details will be available once you complete the form.

What will be provided? Exhibitor table, two chairs, and dinner

  • If you will be bringing more than two exhibitors, please let us know ASAP.
  • There is a $20 charge for each additional exhibitor with a max of two additional exhibitors allowed (4 exhibitors in total per table).
  • The exhibitor tables are about 4 feet long, so smaller than your traditional 6-foot table for this type of event. Floor displays are allowed, but please be aware that this is a smaller space than is typical for a career fair.

How many students will be expected? Approximately 200 students

Parking Information: Exhibitors may park at either end of the P.T. Magan Building, or across the street in the hospital parking lot.

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping pick-up arrangements. Pick-ups need to be scheduled for no later than Thursday, March 28, 2024, by 5:00 PM CST. Please make sure you drop off the materials that you need shipped back to you in the Student Support Center across the street from the P.T. Magan Building before you leave campus.
